Kentucky mom, boyfriend arrested for sexual assault of 9-year-old daughter

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (TCD) --

Deputies in London, Kentucky, arrested Jessica Odell and her boyfriend Trevor Collins for allegedly sexually abusing her 9-year-old daughter Monday, Feb. 22.

The Laurel County Sheriff's Office wrote in a statement Tuesday that Odell, 27, and Collins, 22, were arrested Monday at 4:36 p.m. Social services reached out to the sheriff's office after they received a complaint that a young girl was "subjected to sexual intercourse, sodomy, and deviant sexual intercourse by both her mother and her mother's boyfriend."

When deputies arrived at their home, they reportedly discovered "a large amount of suspected meth" as well as baggies and a pipe. They also found "multiple" sexual devices.

Jessica Odell was charged with two counts of first-degree sodomy with victim under 12 years of age, sexual abuse, meth trafficking, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Trevor Collins was charged with four counts of rape, five counts of sodomy, meth trafficking, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
