Alabama man accused of incest and child sex crimes pleads guilty

MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (TCD) -- A 28-year-old man accused of rape, sexual abuse, child sex crimes, and incest recently pleaded guilty.
According to a news release from the Priceville Police Department, an investigation was launched after authorities received a report on July 26, 2020, alleging that Joshua Wilson had sexual intercourse with a female under 16.
Upon further investigation, on July 29, police say Wilson was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree rape, two counts of sodomy, electronic solicitation of a child, and second-degree sexual abuse.
Priceville Police said Wilson pleaded guilty on April 13 to one count of second-degree rape, one count of second-degree sodomy, electronic solicitation, and one count of incest.
According to records, Wilson remains held in Morgan Count Jail on $156,000 bond.
