CHICAGO -- (WGN) -- Chicago police say a 9-year boy fatally shot this week was "lured" from a nearby park and shot dead because of his father's alleged gang ties.
Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy told reporters Thursday the slaying was the result of two gangs fighting. He adds the father isn't cooperating with the investigation.
