CLEVELAND (TCD) -- A 34-year-old man has been indicted on over 15 charges relating to the deaths of four people, including one pregnant woman, nearly four years ago.
Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley announced Tuesday, April 18, that his office was charging Terrell Silver with 15 counts of aggravated murder, one count of aggravated burglary, one count of aggravated robbery, one count of having weapons under disability, and one count of tampering with evidence in connection with the deaths of DeJuan Willis, 20, Aiyanna Quitman, 19, Christopher Monroe, 23, and Jazmyne Lawson, 18.
According to the statement, between Sept. 7, 2019, and Sept. 21, 2019, Silver allegedly found the four victims in a home near East 144th Street and Kinsman Road in Cleveland, then shot them as they were lying on two mattresses on the floor. Lawson was 5 1/2 months pregnant.
Cleveland Police discovered the victims' decomposing bodies inside the residence Sept. 21, 2019.
WOIO-TV reports some neighbors alerted police about the home after noticing a foul odor. Investigators reportedly located the bodies in the attic of the vacant and abandoned home.
The Prosecutor’s Office said DNA and gun tool mark evidence linked Silver to the scene.
