CARSON CITY, Nev. (TCD) -- A 28-year-old brothel worker was arrested after a dispute between two co-workers escalated into a shooting and standoff with multiple law enforcement agencies at the famous Moonlite BunnyRanch.
According to a news release from the Lyon County Sheriff's Office, on Monday, Feb. 20, at approximately 9:37 p.m., deputies received a report of the dispute, and the 911 caller said they "heard apparent gunshots."
Deputies reportedly heard more gunshots upon their arrival, and they evacuated the brothel.
During their investigation, the Sheriff's Office learned a BunnyRanch employee, Savannah Henderson, also known as "Tiara Tae," was responsible for firing the gun. Henderson allegedly fled to a room inside the business.
The Crisis Negotiations Team, Special Weapons and Tactics, and Technology Team reportedly responded to the scene, and a standoff ensued. At around 12:33 a.m., the Sheriff's Office said Henderson surrendered, and she was taken into custody.
Henderson was reportedly booked into the Lyon County Jail for four counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one count of possession of controlled substance, one count of discharging a firearm where others may be endangered, and obstructing/resisting a peace officer. Her bond was set at just over $86,000.
