FREMONT, Mich. (TCD) -- Police are searching for a 51-year-old man, a woman, and their two teenage children after they reportedly went missing over the weekend.
On Oct. 19, the Fremont Police Department said the Cirigliano family was "very concerned" about some of their relatives who were missing who "unexpectedly left" their home in Fremont and have not been seen since.
According to Michigan State Police, who are assisting Fremont Police in the investigation, Anthony, Suzette, 15-year-old Noah, and 19-year-old Brandon Cirigliano have not been heard from since Oct. 16, and family members said that was "uncharacteristic."
Tony, 51, was reportedly "exhibiting paranoid behaviors," and since then, all of their phones have been turned off. Their pets and another family member who reportedly requires full-time care were left unattended.
WOOD-TV reports Fremont Police Chief Tim Rodwell said, "We don’t see any signs of violence, we don’t see any signs of foul play right now. There’s no signs of struggle inside the home."
Suzette Cirigliano’s mother, who has dementia, resides with them and was reportedly found walking around the neighborhood Monday, Oct. 17.
On Sunday, Oct. 16, Tony reportedly called 911 and said he needed to speak with someone about a "vital national interest."
He allegedly said, "It is related to September 11 and people want to erase me from the face of the Earth. I am not crazy."
Tony told dispatch he knew a Fremont Police sergeant and that he needed "some help, and then the U.S. government will take it from here."
Officers reportedly went to the Cirigliano home and spoke with Tony and Suzette for 45 minutes, and Tony allegedly said he believed "bad things" were going to happen.
The family is believed to be traveling in a Toyota Siena minivan.
