POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WKMG) -- Four people living on a Frostproof property where three friends were slain earlier this month have been arrested after Polk County investigators said the property was "like a landfill" and covered in human and animal waste.
Brandon Rollins, 27; Keven Springfield, 30; and Damion Tillman, 23, were found dead near Lake Streety on July 17, where the three friends had met for a fishing trip.

William Wiggins, Mary Whittemore and Tony Wiggins were quickly arrested in the case.
On Friday, July 24, Polk County Sheriff's Environmental Crimes detectives arrested Tony Wiggins Sr., 58; Nydia Liboy, 54; Chyanne Eccleston, 19; and Robert Keene, 42, for crimes related to environmental hazards at the property where they all live together.
"The property where these suspects live looks like a landfill and has raw sewage all over the ground. It's not only not fit for humans, I wouldn't even let a dog live there," Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said.
During the triple-homicide investigation, detectives served a search warrant at the parcel of land located at 0 [zero] Sarver Avenue in Frostproof where the three suspects in the murders live. The four people listed above also live on the acre of land, with five structures on the property.
One camper had open septic holding tanks draining onto the ground in a small hole, with feces visible at the surface of the ground, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office. The property was scattered with tires and miscellaneous broken down vehicles, metals, appliances, and other debris. Also throughout the property an excessive amount of flies were swarming around the trash, dog feces and human feces.
The four suspects above, as well as Tony Jr. and William Wiggins, face an assortment of charges related to the environmental violations.
