Man accused of killing puppy to return to courtroom

ORLANDO, Fla. -- (WKMG) -- A man accused of beating his puppy to death is scheduled to return to an Orange County courtroom Friday.
Last month, Luke Stribling's attorneys asked the court to toss out the charges against his client because they cannot conduct an independent investigation on the dog's remains.
However, prosecutors argued X-rays and exams clearly show the dog's injuries.
