Decomposed body found in singer D4vd's car identified as missing 15-year-old girl

LOS ANGELES (TCN) -- Investigators recently identified a decomposed body found in singer D4vd's Tesla as a 15-year-old girl who disappeared last year.
According to KNBC-TV, on Sept. 8, workers at Hollywood Tow noticed a foul odor coming from a vehicle registered to D4vd. Officers reportedly opened the front trunk and discovered human remains inside a bag.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office recently identified the victim as 15-year-old Celeste Rivas. Her manner of death hasn't yet been listed.
KNBC reports that investigators believe Rivas had been deceased inside the vehicle for an extended period of time. Before the discovery, someone had reported the Tesla abandoned, and then it was reportedly impounded.
KTTV-TV reports that Rivas was reported missing in April 2024 from Lake Elsinore.
D4vd is reportedly cooperating with investigators.
