One twin was listed in critical condition at Levine Children’s Hospital; the other twin was no longer listed in critical condition, the sheriff’s office said.
The Chester County Sheriff’s Office said Kentovian White and Jessica Mills were charged with two counts of inculcating great bodily injury upon a child.
Deputies said methamphetamine was found in White’s possession during his arrest on Wednesday, Feb. 10. White, who had an outstanding warrant for possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, was additionally charged with drug possession.
