EAST DUBLIN, Ga. (TCD) -- A 49-year-old day care center owner accused of child cruelty was arrested last week.
According to a press release from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, on Wednesday, March 2, authorities were alerted about allegations of child abuse at the Roseland Child Care Center, located at 703 Central Drive.
