Currently Milagro Cunningham is facing 50 years behind bars, which could be a life sentence since he has serious heart and kidney disease.

Mike Jones earns several commendations for his courage and quick thinking, including the congressional medal of bravery. But Jones says there were plenty of heroes that day.
"I offered that medal, half of it to the superintendent, because the superintendent said 'I'm the one that fired her, let them go,'" said Jones. "That's a hero. He had no weapon like I did. He calls me his hero -- I call the superintendent my hero."

Lacey Spears was found guilty of depraved indifference murder of a child and was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison.
To this day, Lacey Spears still denies her actions were a form of child abuse called Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy -- where a caregiver either makes up or causes symptoms to make it look like a child is sick.

A jury found Tara Lambert guilty of first-degree conspiracy to commit aggravated murder. She was sentenced to seven years in prison.
In at least one happy twist, Kellie, the same woman Tara wanted Ginny to help kill has now become one of Ginny's best friends.

Jennifer Pan, Daniel Wong and two of the gunmen were sentenced to life sentences in prison. The third gunman pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder.
Jennifer also receives a non-communication order, meaning she can never speak to anyone in her family again.
Jennifer Pan's lawyers have promised to appeal her conviction.

Daniel Furlong will never be able to attack another little girl. He pleaded guilty to second-degree murder And got a sentence of 30 to 60 years in prison.
TASMIYAH AND JASMIYAH WHITEHEAD
CWD: SINGLE MOM KILLED BY TWIN DAUGHTERS IN RAGE OVER STRICT HOME LIFE
The twins Jas and Tas made a deal with the state to avoid trial, pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter. Both were sentenced to 30 years in prison.
By the time the twins serve their 30-year sentences, they will be in their 40s. In the meantime, Jas has traded in her jailhouse jumpsuit for a different uniform, at least for a day: she graduated high school in the slammer, and even served as class valedictorian.
NAOMIE BRETON

Believe it or not, Naomie Breton tells Crime Watch Daily that she forgives her attacker, saying "You don't hold hatred in your heart" -- brave words from a woman whom you certainly wouldn't blame if she felt differently.
