SEATTLE (KCPQ) -- Authorities say a man drove a car at George Floyd protesters in Seattle Sunday night, hit a barricade then exited the vehicle brandishing a pistol. At least one person was injured.
According to Seattle police, the black car drove into an area where protesters were gathered at 11th Ave. and Pine St.
The Seattle Times reports the shooting occurred shortly before 8:30 p.m. The shooting apparently happened while the gunman was still in the car. He then got out of his car, gun in hand, and made his way through demonstrators toward a line of police before he was taken into custody.
