Teen-shooter expert on psychology of Columbine killers

Ever since that tragic April day at Columbine High School, people have been trying to get inside the minds of the two suspects and figure out what really triggered them to snap.
If anyone knows the answer to what these two troubled teens were thinking, it's Phil Chalmers, who has spent his career talking to and counseling teen killers, including several school shooters.
