Cuauhtemoc "Temo" Garcia was gunned down in broad daylight while on his regular 10-mile walk around his neighborhood park in the Los Angeles area. Detectives turned to the public for help in identifying the suspected shooters, and a coincidental viral TikTok video helped lead to their arrest.
