Former 'Young and the Restless' actor arrested for child molestation

UPDATE June 14, 2017: TMZ reports actor Corey Sligh has been indicted by a federal grand jury on two felony counts of child molestation.
The grand jury handed down the indictment against the former extra on "The Young and the Restless." His arraignment will be held next month, TMZ reports.
If convicted, the offense carries a sentence of up to 20 years in prison.

CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. -- (WGCL) -- Actor Corey Sligh, most known for his roles in "The Young and the Restless" and "All About Lizzie," was arrested and booked for child molestation in Cherokee County.
The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office says Sligh was busted last month after the child's parents reported the alleged molestation on Sept. 24.
Police say the alleged victim is a female under the age of 10 at the time of the incident(s).
Sligh was arrested October 14. He was released on a $22,000 bond.
